We will be seeking 4 new members for the Parish Pastoral Council to take the place of those who are coming to an end of their term of service.  Perhaps parishioners would be good enough to consider going forward or alternatively to encourage a friend and fellow parishioner to do so.  All parishioners over the age of 18 years of age are eligible for election.  
Nomination forms for the election of new members to the Council are available at the entrances to the church from this weekend.  Nominations have to receive the support of two parishioners and are to be submitted to the parish office before noon on Wednesday October 30th.

Do you like to sing?  Are you free on Wednesday mornings?  If so, then you'll be most welcome in Ringsend College, Cambridge Rd. on Wednesday mornings from 10:30 to 12:30.  Further details from Ray Ryan, M.D. at 087 9195012.

Dominican College Sion Hill is holding an Open Day next Sunday, 12th October from 2:00pm to 4:30pm.  See church notice board for further details.

Sandymount Gospel Choir sings at the 6pm Mass on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month, and will be singing next on October 12th.

The first evening of preparation for the new Eucharistic Ministers will be next Thursday, October 9th at 7:30pm in the church meeting rooms.
